Why is this?

To bring you the best priced offers in Albania we need to keep our costs as low as possible. Thus we prefer but don't yet insist to collect payment from you online. Eventually we will only offer card payments.after all it is the internet age and who wants cash! So if you don't have a payment card.start thinking about getting one!

However, currently No Albanian Bank offers the service to collect payments online!

Thus we are using the World Leader in Card Payment collection, Pay Pal, who have some 13 Million clients Worldwide, but they cannot collect payments in Albanian Leke so Euros is the next best thing! Only Pay Pal will see your card details, these details are not visible to 123.al, you will note that when paying our site will automatically divert you to Pay Pal where you will enter there secure website.

If you experience any problems paying online and are not happy we guarantee to refund you in full, providing or course you haven't redeemed the coupon already!

So, what choices do I have to pay for the offer?

1. As explained above the most convenient way to pay is to buy online. To do this you need an internet enabled Debit Card or any Credit Card (Albanian bank or other). Currently the only internet enabled Debit Card issued in Albania are by Fibank and Intesa San Paolo.

All Card payments will be billed to your card in Euros, your bank will then convert the payment amount into Leke and debit you accordingly. Your bank may charge you a few percent for this. so on a Euro 10 conversion this will cost you circa 30 cents.rest assured the amount of money you would have saved by buying the offer will make this small amount worthwhile paying! If you have a card in Euro currency then you will be debited in Euros and will incur no fees.

2. Open a Pay Pal account. You can open a special account with Pay Pal and upload funds to it using a payment card (same restrictions as described above apply). Once the funds are uploaded you can shop online, pretty much on every website in the world, including ours, without revealing your payment card details.

3. Pay Cash at any Union Net office. When we receive confirmation from Union Net we will send you your coupon.
